Located in :

- Approximately 100 m from the beach and shopping area
- Approximately 400 m of various attractions, and leisure park
- 1 km from horseback riding ranch and boating on the “Canal du Midi”

ARRIVAL : saturday between 4pm and 8 pm                     DEPARTURE : saturday before 10 am

In case you don’t foresee to arrive on a saturday, please contact ETAPE-VAVANCES, to set together an arrival time.
Week-end arrivals take place either the day before until 9 pm, or the same day from 10 am.  
                                    
BOOKING :     
As soon as we have informed you about the availabilities, send us by regular mail 2 copies of the contract, fully filled and signed, together with the amount of the deposit by check, bank transfert, money order or holiday check.
The amount of the deposit will be at least of one quarter of the total amount to be paid and in addition the contract fees. (10 € if you stay less than a week, 20 € for a week or more). This rental is strictly personal. The tenant will not have the right to sublet, nor to yield, lend or exchange any rights of this agreement
The outstanding balance must be paid in full on the day of your arrival.
No discount will be made in case of delayed arrival, or earlier departure

DATES OF EFFECTIVE REGISTRATION :     
After we receive the 2 copies of the contract and the deposit, we will send you back one copy signed by us, by regular mail. The contract is effective after we cash the amount of the deposit.

DEPOSIT :      
A deposit of 150 € will be requested on your arrival.
You have to check the inventory at your arrival, and point out any anomaly.
The deposit will be fully returned after the inventory on the departure day, if everything is in order. Each site must be left tidy as it was on your arrival. Any loss, damage or house-keeping left to do will involve compensation fees.
  20€ / HOUR OF HOUSE-KEEPING will be charged to you in the case you don’t leave the site AS TIDY AS IT WAS on your arrival.
If your departure time is outside the opening hours of the reception office, your deposit will be return to you by regular mail, in the next 8 days following your departure.

OCCUPANCY :   
The rented site has to be occupied strictly by the tenants. If this term is not respected, ETAPE-VACANCES will have the right to cancel this contract, or to modify it consequently.

NON OCCUPANCY :
If the rented site, is not occupied 12 hours after your foreseen arrival date, and for which no fax nor registered letter has been sent to ETAPE-VACANCES to inform of the delay, will be have the right to rent it to someone else. The deposit will be then kept by ETAPE-VACANCES.

PETS :     
Dogs are accepted in the 2 apartments of the Villa ETAPE, all season long. Also, they are accepted in the cottages until the 01th of July, and from the 01th of Septem.2012

CANCELLATION :    
The full deposit will be refund in case of a cancellation that would occur 90 days before the registered arrival day (minus the registration fees). After 90 days, the full amount of the deposit will be kept by ETAPE-VACANCES.

INSURANCE :    
You must have insurance against theft, fire, water damage, and third party liability. ETAPE-VACANCES cannot be held responsible in the case of theft, damage to property or any incident caused by tenants or visitors of the campsite.
Each owner of a pet must be able to present a vaccine book, and a certificate of insurance.
Only the courts of law of Béziers have the jurisdiction in case of litigation.
